Clover Hill Sparklings

Clover Hill is established as one of Australia's finest sparkling wine brands.

The ultra cool growing conditions of Lebrina, in north east Tasmania, creates wines of the utmost refinement.

In recent times Clover Hill has expanded its range of premium Tasmanian bubbles to include Blanc de blancs and Vintage Rose in addition to the classic Clover Hill Vintage Pinot Chardonnay sparkling.

A limited release, Clover Hill Vintage Brut Rosé is made from a maceration of pinot noir grapes to extract a soft, pink colour and ensure an aromatic bouquet of raspberry and red berries. A small amount of chardonnay and pinot meunier is blended in prior to bottling to add complexity and length. 

Clover Hill Blanc de Blancs is an ultra refined sparkling wine - creamy yet with exquisite freshness, citrus and brioche notes abound.
